SPDI is leading the charge to move away from fear-driven management toward a future built on trust, transparency, and strategic execution. SPDI supports owners, engineers and contactors to build their understanding of alternative delivery methodologies such as CMGC, Progressive Design-Build, Design-Build, Integrated Contracts, and other methodologies focused at full team integration. Our charge as an organization is to help the industry understand, educate and advocate for the right delivery method for the project.
